Gilroy Gardens and Fairyland

We spent a great day with Auntie Truc, Uncle Gil, and cousins Jake and Emma at Gilroy Garden. It was a bit of a drive for us but the park is the perfect size for kids under 7.   The kids couldn't get enough of the cars and so we went back to them again and again and again. 

Dad got double-teamed at Fairyland with Sean and Elise while Mom spent time with girlfriends.

Happy 3-Month Ava

Something magical happened when Ava turned 3-months, she laughs, coos, and sleeps on her own.  After a month of crying before and during sleep, we noticed it started to taper off and now she goes down in her crib without any crying.  She's also taking longer naps and sleeping til 6am. Hallelujah!  The worst is definitely over and we are sooooo relieved.  The other turning point is that she's super social and loves to "talk".  She's probably building this skill early on to keep up with her chatty big sister and brother.
