Welcome Baby Ava
Ava was born on 2/22 at 3:33pm (it seems she has a thing for repeating numbers). She weighed 5lbs. 13 oz. and measured 18.5 inches. Coincidentally, those are the same measurements as big brother Sean.
Now that we've been home for 2 1/2 days, adjusting to life with three is definitely going to take some time. Elise adores our new family member and Sean is getting use to sharing the attention from Mom. It's too early to tell who Ava looks like and what she's like but so far she's proven to be an easy baby who sleeps like a champ.
Auntie Truc was in the delivery room when Ava was born
No one has been more excited about Ava's arrival than Elise. She's talked about her little sister for months and couldn't wait to meet her. So far, she's been great about her new sibling and is very nurturing towards her.
